SK44 Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the sk44 platform and all its users. By using the sk44.bet website or app, or by opening an account, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Sk44 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Use

To register an account on sk44, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false or misleading details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be terminated at any time.

• Each individual is only One You may open one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details when registering.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Sk44 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the sk44 platform. Failure to comply may result in account termination.

Protecting minors from betting is a top priority at sk44. If an account holder is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

04 Betting Rules

All bets placed at sk44 must comply with the following rules. sk44's decision on the acceptance and settlement of all bets is final.

• Once a bet has been successfully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a lost internet connection, please check your account balance before placing the bet again.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by sk44 and is subject to change at any time.
• Placing simultaneous bets on the same event from multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error affects the determination of a result, sk44 reserves the right to void that bet.

05 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on sk44 are easy via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following payment rules must be followed at all times.

• Minimum Deposit Amount 200 BDT।
• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Withdrawing to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• Sk44 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Sk44 may request additional verification for any unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Sk44 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations and is required to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on sk44 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to those terms.

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are stated alongside the offer.
• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.
• Sk44 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

07 Responsible Gaming

Sk44 believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We actively promote responsible gaming and are committed to protecting our users.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• You can temporarily or permanently close your account (Self-Exclusion) whenever you need to.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, contact our Help Center immediately.
• Please avoid betting with borrowed money or funds set aside for emergencies.
• Do not chase your losses by placing larger bets to try to recover money you have lost.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Sk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any other form of technical abuse.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the betting system to gain an unfair advantage.
• To comply with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus-related balances may be forfeited. To appeal an account closure decision, please contact our Help Center.

09 Privacy & Personal Data

10 Terms Changes & Legal Matters

Sk44 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect.
• Any dispute between sk44 and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
